Diamond Level: $10,000 (+)

All benefits of the platinum, gold, and silver sponsorship levels plus:

  • Invitation and two complimentary tickets to our Annual Fundraiser - including networking opportunity with stakeholders

  • Invitation to our Annual Meeting and opportunity to speak with our Board of Trustees

  • Priority listing of your company or your name as an annual sponsor on our website, our Annual Report, and program for our Restorative Retreat

Silver Level: $1,000

Name recognition as an annual sponsor on website, in our Annual Report, and community partnership letters

Platinum Level: $5,000

All benefits of the Gold and Silver sponsorship levels plus:

  • Two complimentary tickets to attend a signature workshop

  • Featured promotional banner or approved promotional materials at signature workshops (provided by sponsor)

  • Public acknowledgement of sponsorship at select signature workshops

Gold Level: $2,500

All benefits of the Silver sponsorship level plus:

  • One complimentary ticket to attend a signature workshop

  • Name recognition on
    flyers, other promotional media or materials for signature workshops

Because of YOU, our small steps have BIG Impact in tangible ways to advance holistic health practices in the lives of our neighbors, their families, and our community partners, and the policy makers making decisions about our health care system. Your support also offers connection with our target audience: care planners and those who tirelessly choose to care for others while too often neglecting care for themselves; sometimes referred to as the “sandwiched generation” and they are on a Path 2 HEALthy with help from Good Samaritans like you helping them to eat well, live well and age well.
